We work with B2B companies across different industries—SaaS, tech services, manufacturing, logistics, professional services, fintech, and more. Instead of waiting for the perfect sales role to be posted, we want to meet talented salespeople now and match you with opportunities as they come up.

This is an open application. We're not recruiting for one specific company—we're looking for sales professionals at all levels who want to work in B2B environments.

The Kinds of Roles We Fill

Depending on your experience and what you're looking for, we place salespeople in roles like:


Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Generate leads, book meetings, qualify prospects

Business Development Representative (BDR) - Outbound prospecting and pipeline building

Account Executive - Close deals, manage sales cycles, own your targets

What We're Looking For (Generally)

Since we place salespeople across different levels and industries, we're open to various backgrounds. You might be a fit if you have:


0-15+ years in B2B sales (we work with entry-level SDRs through to VPs of Sales)

Experience in any B2B industry (tech, services, industrial, logistics, finance, etc.)

Comfortable with consultative selling (not transactional or retail)

Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, whatever you've used)

Self-motivated and comfortable with autonomy

You can handle rejection and stay motivated

You listen to prospects instead of just pitching

Current Salary Ranges We're Seeing

To give you an idea of what's out there (base + realistic OTE):


SDR/BDR: €35K - €45K base + €10K - €20K commission

Account Executive (SMB): €45K - €55K base + €15K - €30K commission

Account Executive (Mid-Market): €50K - €65K base + €20K - €40K commission

Senior AE/Enterprise: €60K - €80K base + €30K - €60K commission

Sales Manager: €60K - €75K base + €20K - €40K commission

Head of Sales: €75K - €100K+ base + significant variable


Actual compensation depends on experience, industry, deal size, and company stage.
