FIRST SALES HIRE - COMMISSION-ONLY

Build the Sales Process | 16-20% Commission


ABOUT THE ROLE

I'm building a subscription-based recruitment agency that actually works. Early stage. No playbook yet. Need someone to build the sales process with me.

You'll:

  • Prospect (Apollo, LinkedIn, cold email)
  • Book and run calls with CEOs/Heads of People
  • Get them to try us free (first hire no cost)
  • Follow up and close subscriptions
  • Build the sales playbook as you go

Not just executing—you're building it.


THE PRODUCT

Traditional recruitment: 15-25% per hire (€10K-€15K per person)

Our model:

  • €26K/year for 4 hires (first hire free)
  • €48K/year for 6 hires
  • €105K/year for 12 hires

Every candidate coached 4-6 hours before interviews.

Clients save 30-50%. Clear value prop. Easy to sell once they try it.


COMPENSATION

Start: 100% Commission

16% base commission
18% on €60K-€100K/month
20% on €100K+/month

€26K deal = €4,160
€48K deal = €7,680
€105K deal = €16,800

Bonuses:

  • €5,000 at €500K lifetime sales
  • €10,000 at €1M lifetime sales
  • €500 per client renewal

Paid when client pays (30-45 days after close)

After 3-6 Months (Optional):

We can transition to base + commission if you prefer:

  • €2,000-€3,000/month base
  • 10-12% commission
  • You choose what works for you


REALISTIC EARNINGS

Month 1-3: €0-€15,000 (building, testing, learning)
Month 4-6: €15,000-€35,000 (process emerging)
Month 7+: €40,000-€80,000+ (running)

First 3 months will be rough. You need 3-6 months savings.


WHO I AM

Founder. 12 years B2B SaaS (marketing and sales). Built teams, closed deals (€20K-€500K+), know what works.

Not a recruiter who got lucky. All-in full-time. Open to your ideas.


WHAT WE'RE BUILDING

Simple sales process:

  1. Find companies hiring (outbound)
  2. Book 15-30 min call
  3. Explain service, offer free hire
  4. Deliver free hire (I handle)
  5. Follow up, close subscription

Sales cycle: 2-4 weeks
Your job: Test messaging, build templates, document what works, make it repeatable.


WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR

Must Have:

  • 2+ years B2B sales experience
  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting
  • Commission-only experience
  • Self-starter (don't need hand-holding)
  • Process builder (create systems, not chaos)
  • Can survive 60-90 days without income

Mindset:

  • "How can I make this easier?"
  • "Let me document this"
  • "I have an idea..."
  • "I tested X vs Y, here's what worked"
  • Takes ownership

Not a match:

  • Need base salary immediately
  • Wait for instructions
  • Don't document anything
  • Need proven playbook
  • Can't handle uncertainty

Round 4: Last talk to see where you also stand(30 min)

Total: 3-5 days


FINAL WORD

This is building from scratch. First 3 months are hard. No guarantees.

But if you crack it: 16-20% commission, own the process, become Sales Director, shape everything.
